Instruction ends in the school room, but education ends only with life

The school has two major aims: to teach the person some knowledge and to model him as a personality. Education is different from knowledge. Education means the way a person treats the subjects he deals with and the way he communicates with the other, while knowledge is just a bunch of information. Education is a process of mind-change, during which the person gather more and more positive qualities, and this process shall never stop. Education starts from the very beginning, from the birth and follows people until they die.

School gives us basic knowledge and has the role to make us respectful, serious, conscious and good mannered. All of us have to pass through the Gymnasium, the compulsory education and some of us go to Lyceums and Colleges. After we finish a step, we will get no more assistance or any advice, because the course is over and that’s all. But education never stops at a step; it will permanently require attention and time. You have to carry it all the lifelong on you. As a matter of fact, you are learning now and you may not even be aware of it.
